Vending placed at no cost to the property.

I put a stocked snack and cold-drink machine in your building, keep it full, service it, and insure it. The property buys nothing and does nothing. Serving Northeast Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley.

What it costs

The machine

Equipment, delivery, installation and anchoring are mine. No purchase, no lease, no equipment line on your budget.

The labor

Stocking, cleaning, repairs and refunds are mine. My number goes on the machine, so residents and staff reach me instead of your office.

The only ask

An interior spot out of the weather and a standard grounded outlet within ten feet, on the property's power.

What's inside

Snacks and candy

Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Cheez-It, Snickers, Reese's, M&M's, KitKat, Skittles.

Cold drinks

Bottled water, Coca-Cola, Sprite, Dr Pepper, Gatorade, vitaminwater, Monster, Red Bull, Celsius.

And the things people run out of

Ibuprofen, acetaminophen, antacid and allergy tablets in sealed single-dose packets. USB-C charging cables and blocks. Travel toothbrush kits, deodorant, feminine care.

Most machines stop at chips and soda. The last column is why residents remember this one is there at eleven at night. The product mix may change over time.

How it works
1

A ten-minute walk-through. No cost and no commitment. We look at the space together and find a spot that works for the people who will use it.

2

A plain-English agreement. You read the whole thing before anything is signed. Twelve months, cancellable, no auto-trap.

3

Install. Certificate of insurance in your hands first. The machine is anchored to code and photographed on the day.

4

Service on a schedule. Stocked and checked regularly, with remote monitoring so I usually know about a problem before your staff does.

Risk and liability
—

Placements include $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate general liability, with the property named as additional insured and the certificate delivered before the machine arrives.

—

Accessibility is my responsibility, not yours. Operable parts sit within the reach range required by California Building Code Chapter 11B, and every install is measured and photographed on the day it goes in.

—

Anchored to code. The machine is secured to floor or wall per California seismic requirements and set clear of walkways and equipment lanes. Anchor points are patched when it leaves.

—

The machine stays my personal property and never becomes a fixture on your building. The agreement says so in writing.

—

Payment setup is the property's call. Card, tap and mobile wallet come standard; where you would rather have no cash on site, the machine runs cashless and there is nothing inside worth breaking into.

—

Removal within 30 days of a written request, unconditionally. No penalty and no negotiation. If it is not working for you, it leaves.
